How do I setup my own personalized report?
Click your avatar in the top right corner and choose Ecosystem Configuration.
The Reporting Tool is a function of the DataScouts platform to enable users to share feedback about actors in the ecosystem or to share and report their progress with contributors, mentors, coaches and other (selected) parties.

The feature can be found on the actor pages right in the top menu. In the middle of the screen, on the right of the black bar, click on REPORT.
Click your avatar in the top right corner and choose Ecosystem Configuration.
A new collum will apear. Click on ECOSYSTEM TOOLS and choose Reporting at the bottom of the dropdown list.
In this screen there are quite a lot of things you can choose from, but don’t worry, we will walk you through them one by one.
Create new template: create a new report template
Report Label: change the name of the report, for example in the screenshot above it is notes.
Enable this report for: Decide who is able to see the report on the actor pages
Display changes of reports over time: this shows historical data of the reports on a monthly basis
Enable “Call” functionality: allows users to submit a permanent version of the report.
A report can contain an unlimited amount of fields. This depends on the way your report is configured by the Ecosystem Owner. The 12 different field types include:
Reports are available to the User: who has claimed the project or company, who were invited as Contributors, and the Admins (team members and owners) of the ecosystem. Depending on the setting of your ecosystem, entries must be curated by the Ecosystem Owner, before being saved in the report. In such a case, the “save” button is replaced by a “suggest” button.
A report is created for every month. Once an image is uploaded, it will automatically be used as the featured image of that report.
All the files uploaded to an individual actor can be seen in the Files folder on the left side of the actor profile. Files uploaded for one actor are unlimited, but the total memory of the ecosystem is limited to 1GB.
